Come join us for our Youth Strength and Conditioningand Yoga  Program over the winter.

Session 1:   Nov 18 thru Dec 19th  (Mon(S&C), Tues(Yoga), Thurs(S&C)) *no class on Nov 28...eating turkey!

• 6:30 – 7:30pm for S&C/Yoga and then hitting from 7:30 – 8:00pm

Session 2:  Jan 6 – Feb 6th. (Mon(S&C), Tues(Yoga), Thurs(S&C)) 

• 6:30 – 7:30pm for S&C/Yoga and then hitting from 7:30 – 8:00pm

Each session consists of 14 classes of 1.5 hours.  We tried to price the sessions as if you are coming to two per week but you are welcome to come to all three.   

Pricing:   $275 per session or $475 for both sessions *Also available = $150 per session for once/week or $250 for both sessions @ once/week and lastly $35 for a drop in
