What do you believe is the most important skill for young athletes to develop?

While technical ability and physical strength are important, I believe the most valuable skill young athletes can develop is coachability. The ability to listen, adapt, and learn from feedback not only accelerates development but also builds humility, resilience, and a growth mindset. A coachable athlete becomes a better teammate, works harder to improve, and is open to both challenges and constructive criticism.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Outside of coaching, I love spending time with my family, catching a Giants game, and hitting the gym. I’m also a big fan of podcasts and sports documentaries.
