The Marin Baseball Uniform Experience represents more than just new gear, it’s a symbol of pride, unity, and belonging.
Every player will receive their curated uniform package during their team meeting: boxed and ready to go.

Uniform Standards

Players are expected to arrive at practices and games in proper Marin Baseball gear.

At Marin Baseball, we believe that how players show up matters, not just in games, but in every moment of preparation.
Wearing the full practice uniform isn’t about looks; it’s about:

  • Responsibility: showing up prepared and taking pride in doing things the right way.

  • Team unity: every player wearing the same gear reinforces that no one stands alone — we move as one.

  • Mindset: when you put on your uniform, you’re signaling that it’s time to work, focus, and compete.

Players are expected to arrive in their assigned gear for all team activities.
This is part of developing discipline, respect, and accountability, the same traits that make great athletes and great humans.

Uniform Package Overview

Your uniform package includes all the custom items your player needs for the upcoming season.

Uniforms are ordered custom per player, but if you need a sizing adjustment, please contact Jon at T&B Sports as soon as possible to confirm options and timelines.

What if an item is missing from our box?
Mistakes can happen and we apologize for this inconvenience. Please double-check the label on the inside cover of your uniform box, then contact Laurie@LaunchPadMarin.com if something’s missing.

Label Your Gear

Every player will receive a helmet and hat identical to their teammates. Please clearly label each item with your player’s name and number.
This prevents confusion during practices and tournaments and helps ensure your player’s gear stays with them all season long.

Team Communication

All teams will use TeamSnap for schedules, messaging, and updates.
Be sure you’re set up in the app and that notifications are turned on. This will be your main source for all team communication.

At Marin Baseball, we believe the younger years are where the real magic of the game happens, not in the scorebook, but in the growth that takes place between the first pitch and the last out.

These seasons are about development, confidence, and learning how to compete the right way. Mistakes will happen - that’s part of the process. What matters most is how we respond, how we support one another, and how we grow through it together.
